Ayşe Nur Şanlı Kincal
Ayse is a partner at Sanli Law Firm based in Istanbul, Turkey. As an international lawyer experienced in international matters, Ms. Sanli’s practice concentrates on international commercial and investment arbitration, construction and energy sectors, economic sanctions and other compliance issues.
Ayse’s professional experience began as a lawyer in 2007 in one of the largest law firms of Turkey. She then joined the New York office of DLA Piper LLP (US) and worked as a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department in the International Practice Group for 3.5 years.
In her several years in most reputable firms in Turkey and the United States and now as a member of Sanli Law Firm, Ms. Sanli has advised and represented top private and public companies, government entities in a broad variety of matters including construction, energy, antitrust, economic sanctions, compliance, corporate and mergers & acquisitions related matters. She has significant experience in investment arbitration, having been involved as counsel in several high profile ICC and ICSID arbitrations. She also acted as counsel in several ad hoc and institutional domestic and international arbitrations under a variety of rules.
